Mi Te (Flour tea)
Ingredients:
(3 Servings)
100g plain flour
4 Tbsp/60g sugar
5g black sesame
10g butter
(To serve)
3 Tbsp Mi Te
180g hot water
Methods:
1. Cook flour in a pan over low heat. When you see smokes, turn off the heat and continute cooking with the remaining heat until lightly borwn (It takes about 15 minutes).
2. Turn the heat back to low. Add sugar, butter and black sesame and cook until fully combined, fluffy and with no lumps.
3. To serve - take 3 Tbsp Mi Te and pour in hot water. Quickly stir until desired thickness. You can add more sugar to adjust the sweetness. Or you can eat without hot water as well :p.
