Simple seafood pasta
Ingredients:
300g seafood mix (defrost, pat dry)
50g homemade pasta (you can use more)
3 cloves garlic
10g basil (leaves only)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp black pepper
a pinch of salt (to taste)
Methods:
Defrost and pat dry the seafood mix.
Finely chop garlic.
Cook pasta for 2 minutes less than instructed.
Heat the pan and olive oil.
Add seafood, and wait for 1 minute. Add chopped garlic and seasonings. Quickly stir them.
Add pasta and pasta water. Cook it for roughly 1 - 2 minutes until no excess liquid is left.
Turn off the heat and add basil. Quickly stir it for 5 - 10 seconds, and enjoy :)
